7. Subscription and Payment Terms

For paid services, the following terms apply:

Subscription Fees: Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Payment Method: You must provide valid payment information
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Damages resulting from reliance on location data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately:

For violation of these Terms
For fraudulent or illegal activity
At our sole discretion with 30 days notice
Upon your request for account closure

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiations between the parties
If unresolved, mediation in San Francisco, California
If still unresolved, binding arbitration under AAA rules

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it
Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent
